We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Process documents using AI-powered extraction (with your consent)
  • Send transactional emails (invitations, notifications, billing)
  • Improve the Service and develop new features
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

  • Supabase — Database hosting and authentication. Your data is stored in Supabase-managed PostgreSQL databases with row-level security.
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI-powered document processing and data extraction. Document content is sent to Anthropic's API only when you opt in. Processing is stateless and Anthropic does not retain your data.
  • Stripe — Payment processing and subscription billing. Stripe processes your payment information in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
  • Vercel — Application hosting and CDN. Vercel hosts the web application and handles request routing.
  • Resend — Transactional email delivery. Used for sending invitations, notifications, and billing-related emails.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion or termination, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

You have the right to:

  • Access and export your data at any time
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of AI document processing
  • Object to data processing for specific purposes

8. Cookies
